Digital Designer.

We’re on the lookout for a part-time remote Digital Designer able to commit to 2-3 days per week.

A standard day would be likely to involve working on user-centric UI designs for a new or existing website, collaborating with a developer to create new components and feature es that meet web and accessibility standards as well as setting expectations for the responsive layout, animations etc. It may also involve designing a brand identity or print/digital assets.

We create brand identities and conversion-focused websites for clients in all sectors, with a focus on the property and hospitality sectors. We're passionate, talented and always looking to improve and to keep up to date with the latest technology. You will work on exciting projects in which you will get a real sense of involvement, working with fellow employees as well as working with our range of friendly clients.

Responsibilities

  • Designing user-centric, data driven UI’s for client websites as well as our own website
  • Designing brand identities and assets such as brochures, business cards, mailouts etc
  • Speaking to clients in order to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Being actively involved in the design and development process

Required Skills

  • Figma/Sketch and Photoshop
  • Experience obtaining user research and data and translating insights from your research into designs
  • A component-based approach to UI design
  • Experience designing UI animations such as scroll animations, hover states etc
  • Experience using Google Analytics

Non-essential but useful skills

  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Adobe After Effects/Lottie SVG
  • Experience using Hotjar
