What we did
We were tasked with creating brand guidelines and a new website for Chapman Stickels, as well as a visual identity, brand guidelines and a website for The Letting Department - a separate brand providing Residential Lettings services.
Firstly, we created visual identity concepts for The Letting Department, based on a brief detailing the demographics and personas of typical customers as well as researching direct competitors. Once the chosen identity was refined, we created a brand guidelines document for each brand with clearly defined rules for the various elements of the identities.
Finally, we kicked off the website phase of the project. It was important that both websites had a similar structure, so the user journey and experience remained the same between the two websites but the styling differed to reflect the identities of both brands. This requirement formed part of our initial phase where we mapped out a strategy for the user interface and content within the two websites.
