Brief
We were asked to create a new visual identity and website for Waterside Properties. The vision for the brand was to ensure it had a modern, luxury feel whilst ensuring it appealed to potential network members...giving them a platform for their properties that they would feel proud of.
Key requirements for the website were to provide a clutter-free experience to both potential network members and users looking to buy or rent properties, as well as ensuring the website was set-up to accommodate hundreds of properties from multiple estate agencies using a host of different CRM's.
Solution
We started out with extensive research and strategy phases, which included stakeholder interviews and collaborating with existing network members in order to ensure the brand met their expectations. This provided us with a clear direction for the brand.
Once the new brand was in place we designed and developed the website. Having analysed data from the old website, we realised nearly 70% of traffic was from mobile devices so an emphasis was placed on a 'mobile first' approach. We set a schema for the property data and integrated the various estate agency software platforms used by the network agents once that was in place.
There is simply no other company that I would entrust with designing, building and maintaining our website. Since Rumbl completed the build of the new website, we have seen the levels of enquiries for our Affiliate Network Members more than triple when compared to the numbers we received in the previous months when our old website was in operation. The team at Rumbl were superb in every aspect of what was a very involved and complex project. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
