The Waterside Network brings together some of the UK’s leading estate agents, each with the necessary specialist knowledge and expertise of waterfront homes in their areas. With over 40 affiliate member offices in numerous locations around the country, their member agents cover some of the UK’s most prime waterfront property locations.
We were tasked with creating a new visual identity and website for Waterside Properties. We created an identity that the network agents feel proud of, which speaks to the broad Waterside Properties audience.
We then created the website, directly integrating the various estate agency software platforms used by the network agents. After analysing the analytics from the old website, we realised nearly 70% of traffic was from mobile devices so we ensured the website had a 'mobile first' approach. We carried out stakeholder interviews and UX research workshops to ensure the new website delivered the desired results.
