Lawsons Estate Agents are a leading estate agent providing a comprehensive service to customers, including residential sales and lettings, in Thetford and the surrounding areas.
Established in 2006, they pride themselves on their friendly, enthusiastic and professional approach and their impressive track record in consistently selling and letting a huge variety of properties.
As always, we started off with a research phase to set a strategy for the UI design, the site content and the sitemap. After reviewing Google Analytics data from the existing Lawsons website, we worked out the typical user journeys taken through the site and made note of important data such as popular content and bounce rates.
We then moved onto the design phase, where we ensured social proofing content was placed on key landing pages and added strategically placed call to actions to maximise lead generation.
Once the design prototypes were created and approved, we then developed the website and integrated Lawsons' property software into the site for automatic property updates. We built WordPress into the site which allows the team at Lawsons to add, edit and re-order components and content on every page of the website.
The end result is a modern, fully responsive website which showcases all of the residential sales and lettings services offered by Lawsons, as well as presenting clear call to actions to increase enquiries from potential landlords and vendors. Users searching for properties have a wide range of features available to improve their experience, such as a map search, a stamp duty calculator, a mortgage calculator and the ability to save properties to a shortlist.
The team at Lawsons can add and edit all content on the website and know their property data will pull through from their property software automatically, without them having to lift a finger.
